What is coaching?
What is consulting?
What's the difference?
Coaching; at its core is all about helping your client arrive "swiftly and smoothly" to their goals! Our job at Wayineers is to help you as our client to identify, process and obtain your goals through accountability and clarity, thus creating our motto of "calculating YOUR route."

Consulting is being able to provide assistance (from materials, to resources, to possible connections) to a client to help obtain your goals.

While both are similar in service, coaching is completely dependent on the client's commitment to their goals. Consulting is strongly dependent upon the client's commitment to their goals, but with the additional help of your coach.

Wayineers provides both coaching and consulting. When completing your session form, feel free to indicate which would you prefer in your sessions.
Why is coaching/consulting important?
According to the 2018 Training Industry Report from Training Magazine, organizations across the United States spent 11% (outsourcing on average over $400,000) of their overall budgets on TRAINING. Not materials, not marketing, but coaching, consulting, and helping their employees become better!

To be the best version of yourself (as an individual, as an employee, in your family), coaching and consulting is the key that will help you get to the next level!

Invest in YOURSELF!
Bet on YOURSELF!
What are your fees?

How many sessions do I need?
The amount of sessions that you would like to have with Wayineers is strictly on the client.
For optimal results, we would suggest however, that clients allow themselves to have a minimum 3 sessions, with sessions happening 10-20 days apart.
